Maintenance Mode

Overview

This tab lets you enable and disable maintenance mode for the platform.

Before you begin

Navigate to Global Settings >> System Configuration >> Maintenance Mode.

You must have the required credentials in advance.

Procedure

Maintenance Mode is turned on by enabling the toggle option. You can use this feature when performing platform upgrades as this ensures that no workflows are running. Maintenance mode automatically stops all running jobs and prevents new workflows from being run. When enabled, a warning message and banner will be shown to all logged-in users.
