Key features and improvements

Admins can view and edit all scheduled jobs

In addition to their own scheduled jobs, admins can now view and edit all jobs in a Pliant instance, regardless of the job’s owner. Thus, Username column was also added to the jobs list for easier sorting.

Time of worker’s last heartbeat

You can now see the exact time of any worker’s heartbeat, in addition to its status, IP address and type.

Various bug fixes and improvements

Lots of bug fixes, stability, performance and UI/UX improvements, such as:

  • Space for blocks in flow layout is now doubled, so you can easily read longer names of action blocks

  • Add your favorite blocks with single click now available on both layouts

  • Variable type is now shown in Object Editor

  • Unified scrollbars and visual appearance in Debugger

  • Improved warning and error indicators

  • Under the hood: Minio cleanup mechanism added for reducing disk space usage

Important Upgrade Steps

You need to apply the following script first:

sudo ./deployment/infrastructure/kubernetes/update-secrets.sh

Otherwise, you will not be able to start pliant-api pod, with an error message saying “Unable to obtain configuration token!“
