Workflows are graphical scripts which allow users to automate complex tasks with ease.
The workflows tab houses all of the workflows which a user is entitled to see. This is also where a user can interact with administering workflows in the platform.
Workflows are built by dragging and dropping "blocks" on the right-hand side of the page. Workflows are executed from top ("Start") to bottom ("End"). Execution of workflows can either be scheduled, or manually executed by clicking either on "Run" at the top right of the editor view, or "Run" from the workflow actions menu (clicking the 3 vertical dots under "actions" will invoke this menu for its corresponding workflow).
The Workflows tab.
The Workflow editor is invoked by clicking a workflow from the workflows tab.
- From your Pliant instance, click on the tab labeled "Workflows" on the top of the page.
- Use the field titled "Filter" above the entries to search for a particular workflow. You may also use the front and back arrows at the bottom of the page to parse through the workflows. Alternatively, you can create a workflow.
- Clicking on or creating a workflow will invoke the workflow editor view. From here, one can add to and configure their workflow as desired and execute it.
